Booked the hotel for its stunning and amazing location near to Paulette's restaurant and the centre and downtown for activities.

The location turned out to be stunning and charming, adjacent to Mississippi River park and a Venetian palace and Beale Street. The breakfast was incredibly nice with fresh fruit and a classy atmosphere, and the restaurant's offer was decent.

The breakfast was excellent with fresh squeezed juices with tasty food.

Excellent breakfast with fresh squeezed juices was available. The location near by restaurants were inviting was prime.

Hotel was great modern and relaxing, loved our stay.

Location: the hotel was near the park, the river and downtown, and Memphis for Thanksgiving Weekend. Spent a nice evening at Paulette's, located around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue. Booked a room with marvellous views at its peak at sunset.

The hotel is lovely small, it has brilliantly helpful staff with champagne in hand. The location is prime, 2 miles from a fire museum. The in-house restaurant is relaxing.

Actually everything was first-class, my next choice again in Memphis. The standard queen room I stayed in was well-appointed with a beautiful view of the mighty mississippi.

Stunning and amazing location, 15 minutes' walk to a massive sports stadium. 12 miles from the airport. Well-appointed and extremely pleasant units with a beautiful view and a defective TV, as for instance.

Huge & clean hotel, its location is stunning and amazing short walk to downstairs restaurant, the center, and the mighty Mississippi River. The rooms are well-appointed and extremely pleasant with a beautiful view of the mighty mississippi, so that guests have essentials.

The location was unbeatable, with a stunning view of the Mississippi River. The nearby Greenway Park was perfect for relaxing strolls. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with nice amenities like free bottled water. The complementary southern breakfast was outstanding. we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

The hotel is located in a beautiful New Urbanist residential area right on the river, offering a peaceful and scenic environment. It is close to 'downtown' attractions, allowing easy access to everything we wanted to experience yet far from the din of downtown Memphis. The rooms are well-stocked and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. The staff members are kind and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

The breakfast offerings were average compared to the overall experience.

Being located on Mud Island the River Inn is in a peaceful location with lovely views of the river and very easy access to the pleasant riverside path. The room and ensuite were both quite generously proportioned and elegantly furnished. The bed was particularly comfortable and the powerful over-bath shower did not flood the bathroom! All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast provided was more than ample and well prepared. The rooftop terrace was perfect for enjoying a drink at sunset. Though not far from the main commercial district, taxis and public transport seemed to be in short supply so it was a real asset to have a car, and parking at the hotel was never a problem.

There were just a couple of hitches: the key cards were rather unreliable and necessitated regular trips to reception to be reset; a laundry service was offered but when requested no one seemed to know much about it. The clothes were returned washed and dried but not ironed, which was not what we had anticipated at a hotel of this calibre. Fortunately there were ironing facilities in the room. However, no charge was made for the washing.

The location and views at the River Inn Of Harbor Town were fantastic. The hotel was overall excellent. It was great to have a refrigerator, work desk, and DVD player in the suite. The wine bar on site was a nice touch. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. This is definitely our favorite property in Memphis.
